Accessibility Statement

Designing for the widest possible audience

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Our Commitment and Target Standard

  • CEXRES AI Limited ("CEXRES", "we", "us") is committed to making the CEXRES platform (cexres.com) usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Our design and engineering target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), together with applicable local accessibility legislation in the markets where we operate.
  • This is a target and an ongoing program of work, not a claim of full or audited conformance. We have not yet completed a full independent WCAG 2.2 AA conformity audit across every surface of the platform, and we do not represent that every page currently meets every success criterion.

Measures We Already Support

  • Semantic page structure with logical heading order, descriptive page titles and labelled interactive controls on our core marketing and policy pages.
  • A dark-first visual design with consistent contrast using our brand palette, and text that scales with browser zoom settings.
  • Keyboard-reachable primary navigation, links, forms and checkout controls on core flows, with a visible focus indication.
  • Form fields associated with labels, and important status and consent messages delivered as on-screen text rather than colour alone.
  • Plain-English content and a responsive layout that adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop viewports.

Known Limitations

We are transparent that portions of the platform are still being brought up to the WCAG 2.2 AA target. Known areas under remediation include:

  • Some dynamically rendered dashboards, data visualisations and third-party embedded payment widgets (for example card and wallet iframes supplied by our payment processors) are not fully operable with every assistive technology, and may expose incomplete names, roles or states.
  • Certain chart, graph and diagram components communicate information visually and do not yet provide an equivalent full text description in every context.
  • Focus order, focus trapping and screen-reader announcements inside a small number of modal dialogs and overlays are being refined.
  • Some time-based media does not yet carry captions or an equivalent text alternative everywhere it appears.
  • Automated accessibility testing covers part, but not all, of our release process; manual assistive-technology testing is still being expanded.
  • Where a component is supplied by a third-party processor, its accessibility is partly outside our direct control and is addressed through vendor requirements and our own wrapper-level improvements.

Ongoing Remediation Plan

We treat accessibility as a continuing engineering obligation rather than a one-time statement. Our remediation program includes:

  • Integrating automated accessibility checks into our build and review process for new and changed pages.
  • Prioritising core user journeys — sign-in, checkout and payment, wallet and account, and core AI diagnosis flows — for manual keyboard and screen-reader review.
  • Improving text alternatives for non-text content, and providing accessible alternatives for data visualisations where feasible.
  • Tightening keyboard focus management, visible focus states and dialog semantics across interactive components.
  • Including accessibility acceptance criteria in the definition of done for new front-end work, and remediating legacy surfaces incrementally without removing existing functionality.

Conformance Status and Scope

  • This statement applies to pages and applications served under the cexres.com domain that are operated directly by CEXRES. It does not cover third-party websites, services or embedded content that we do not control.
  • Conformance status: partial. Parts of the content conform to WCAG 2.2 AA, while other parts do not yet fully conform for the reasons described under "Known Limitations". We will update this statement as remediation progresses and as formal assessment results become available.

Feedback and Contact

  • We welcome accessibility feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information from a page in an alternative format, or have a question about this statement, please contact us and include the page URL or location, the device or assistive technology you were using (if comfortable sharing), and a description of the problem.
  • Email: accessibility@cexres.com. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe.
