Governance is open to active CEXRES community members. Your account carries your contribution record, which underpins proposal and voting rights.

Draft the Proposal

A strong proposal states the problem, the proposed action, the expected outcome and — for treasury moves — the exact budget. Clear, evidence-backed drafts get the votes.

Submit & Debate

Published proposals enter the active list where members comment, ask questions and refine the idea before and during the voting window.

Vote & Execute

Members vote for or against during the fixed voting period. Passed proposals are recorded and move toward execution by the platform and community teams.

Proposal Guidelines

  • ✓One clear action per proposal — bundles split the vote and blur intent.
  • ✓Include measurable success criteria so results can be evaluated later.
  • ✓Treasury proposals must state the exact Credit amount and its source.
  • ✓Respectful, evidence-based debate; personal attacks are moderated.
